    Electric Sugar Melter COMMERCIAL Scale 200 lbs cap- Self tilting for pour out. Condition is "Used".
    We have two of these, and are going to sell one because we will not be needing the second afterall. They are electric, and the elements heat an oil that surrounds the melting bowl. These are able to be poured by turning the very smooth operating crank to pour and then re-level the vessel.
    They are powered by 220 Volts, and have a very sensitive temperature control.
    Perfect for making caramels, toffee, hard candies, and lots of other candy making processes.
    We also have high volume wrapping machines, and two 12 foot long jacketed cooling tables,
