This is a signed letter from Lady Susan Hussey, a Lady-in-Waiting to Queen Elizabeth.
When I was in middle school in 1979, I wrote a letter to Queen Elizabeth asking for her autograph.  This is the letter I received in response.  Includes an envelope from Balmoral.
The bottom of the letter and opposite side of the envelope lists my childhood address.
