You need to choose the size (the length of the wire that goes into the ear canal) 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, Most common is #3. then the strength Low Power, Medium power or High power, then whether you need a 2pin (older models prior to 2014) or the 3-Pin Models and finally whether you want to purchase for one ear or both ears right and left.  Purchase for one ear is 59 dollars or a pair for both ears for % off for both.
