This has been lightly used and comes with the exceptionally nice hard shell clam case that zips up. The case includes a detachable carrying strap. It also includes three brand new, never used, ear tips, and one hearing amplifier that fits in either ear. The amplifier has an on and off button as well as a volume adjuster knob. It does work and it holds a charge a long time. It is an amplifier, not a hearing aid. It makes sounds louder and, therefore, easier to hear. It’s nice that it can be turned up and down to adjust to the level you like. Instruction pamphlet is also included. Please note this is a single amplifier for one ear. There is no name brand on it. It does work well if amplifying sound is a help to you.
