How it works:
1.) Once
your purchase your service, we will send you the shipping instructions quickly though the ebay messenger
2.) Ship your hearing aids along with a copy of your audiogram. Make sure to let us know your tracking number
3.) We will notify you when we receive your hearing aids and inspect, clean and program your hearing aids for you. We will be in contact with you in regards to your experience with hearing aids and program based on our communication.
4.) We will then carefully pack your hearing aids and ship back to with tracking information.
Whats Included:
Free Deep Cleaning of your hearing aids. Cleaning includes heavy duty drying for moisture build up.
Re-programming free for 6 months from adjustment date (buyer must pay for shipping to and from us)
Please Note:
Hearing aids must be received in working order to be programmed. Hearing aids not received in good working order will be returned, unprogrammed, and a refund will be issued, minus return shipping charges. If we can repair the hearing aid for you, there will be a separate charge and keep a open line of communication with you.
