Vollrath 40708 Countertop Dual Fry Pot Cayenne Fryer - 2.5 KW Per Well. Item is brand new, unused out of packaging, no original box included. Has passed every tested as you can see in the receipt pictured.It does come with the original manual. There is a very very slight indentation on the right side stainless steel that could probably easily be pulled out but I didn’t want to take any chances with it as it is barely noticeable and purely cosmetic. Description
With two 10-pound fry vats, the Vollrath 40708 countertop fryer can be used to increase production and keep different types of food separate. It comes with two small, nickel-plated baskets for each vat, and they have handles that stay cool to the touch to protect the operator. The fryer is designed to heat up quickly, with each pot operating separately with thermostatic controls. The temperature is adjustable between 122 and 374 degrees Fahrenheit.
This Vollrath 40708 countertop commercial fryer has a safety overload feature that prevents it from operating above 390 degrees Fahrenheit. If an element box is removed, the microswitch shuts the fryer down. The unit has tilt-up element heads that provide access to the fry pots so they can be removed and cleaned thoroughly. These pots have handles for comfortable transportation and non-skid feet keep the unit stable on countertops without slipping. Because the exterior is made of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and scratches.
